Town Tire

Had a flat tire and went here for an emergency tire repair. They showed me a “crack” and quoted me $112-$222 for a new tire. I decided to leave and took the tire to my trusted mechanic an hour away. He checked it thoroughly, inflated it to 40 PSI, and even submerged it in water to check for leaks. He could not find any crack, rupture, or leak, and the tire has continued to hold air. Because of this experience, I’m very concerned about the picture I was shown as evidence of the alleged damage. I cannot verify whether the image was genuine, but based on what my mechanic found, I feel the diagnosis was questionable. If they say the tire is not fixable and they try to sell you tires, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before purchasing a replacement tire.

Today I visited this store on Archer Road after calling to see what the wait time would be. The store was clean the customer service was top tier. And both of the gentlemen working the counter was courteous not just to me, but to each person they interacted with. They got me in and out as promised. I will for sure come back. Each of them deserve a raise ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed my headlights aligned as I was going out of town. They were able to fit me in without an appointment, and the wait time was very small. The Customer Service at this location is extraordinary from the front counter to the mechanics. This is my second experience with then and I will definitely be using them in the future!!!!!

I've now been to Town Tire Pros (the Towersquare location) twice in the past week (for two separate jobs), and I fully intend to return for all my future maintenance/repair needs. These folks do excellent work at a reasonable price, and the employees I've dealt with so far (Patricia, Mark, Kevin, Joel) are all impressively sharp folks: they're knowledgeable and professional, and also courteous and cheerful. (The waiting area is pleasant and clean too, and their coffee is great, to boot!) Thank you!

The staff are consistently respectful, courteous, and diligent. I feel safer taking my vehicle to Town Tire at Tower Square than I ever have in the past with other service providers. They also are kind enough to give a lift to your office while you leave your car with them, and go out of their way to service thoroughly and diligently. When I let them know that I'm going out of town on a road trip, I feel confident that they've done right by me and taken care to check out my car thoroughly and inform me of any possible issues. Bonus, they're within walking distance of my home!
